All parts are warrantied for a period of 90 days after the date of purchase. If under warranty and once the part is received and inspected by All American, the part will be replaced or if a suitable replacement cannot be found, your money will be refunded to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of item(s).
Note: Owner's Manuals, Electronic Control Modules (Computers) and Keyless Entry Remotes are not covered under our warranty and are final sale only.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
1. Shipping, labor, vehicle towing, vehicle rentals, vehicle storage, legal fees or lost wages under ANY circumstances.
2. Parts that have been improperly installed or maintained.
3. Parts that are abused, overheated or modified/altered in any way.
4. Parts that are used for racing/off-roading purposes.
5. Seals, gaskets, fluids or coolants.
6. Parts used on commercial vehicles.
If there is a problem with a part that falls under warranty, buyer should contact us as soon as possible after noticing the problem. You may not continue to use the part in need of warranty replacement.
You must notify All American Auto Wreckers, by e-mail, mail, or phone before you return a part for any reason, whether or not a warranty reason. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and a letter of instructions.
All items weighing 150lbs or less are shipped via UPS. All items heavier than 100lbs are sent via Central Transport. Item tracking numbers and information are available upon request by calling us during business hours or via email .
Most, but not all orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be shipped out on the same day.

Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. Shipping delays may be subject to partial or full shipping charges refund.
Seller does not claim responsibility for the time it takes the shipping company to deliver the buyer's order. Quoted delivery times are estimated times offered to us by the shipping company. Delays are beyond seller's control once the order has been given to the shipper.
Buyer is responsible for any tariffs, duties or taxes that apply. These charges are not refundable for ANY reason.
We DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. During extremely heavy volume your order may not ship for several days. This includes air orders. If you require your order to arrive before a specific date, please contact us prior to placing the order to make the proper delivery arrangements.
Items on back order or that ship from a warehouse not inside the contiguous United States can take up to 16 weeks to arrive. The majority (not all) of the orders placed with us are delivered within 7 business days.
Shipping days quoted are in business days and excludes weekends and holidays. All orders placed after noon are considered the following business day.
